Qualifications:
Active CT Teaching License required Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or recent Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Previous experience in an elementary school setting highly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services for elementary-aged students Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state requirements Engage with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
