We are seeking a Full-Time Regional Speech-Language Pathologist to support three closely located senior living communities in the Greater Danbury area: Maplewood at Stony Hill | Maplewood at Danbury | Maplewood at Newtown All three communities are located within approximately 15 minutes of one another , allowing you to build a regional caseload without spending your day driving between distant locations. This is more than a full-time treatment position. We are looking for an SLP who wants to provide exceptional patient care while helping us develop, grow and shape Speech Therapy programming across our expanding Connecticut market. As the program grows, so can your role. What Makes This Position Different?

No Productivity Quotas. Seriously. We don't believe excellent therapy should be reduced to chasing a productivity percentage. This is a salaried position designed to give you the ability to provide excellent care, collaborate with your team, communicate with families and community staff, complete your documentation appropriately, and participate in program development without constantly watching a productivity clock. 45-60 Minute, One-on-One Treatment Sessions Our model is built around individualized care. No group treatments. Patients receive dedicated, 1:1 Speech Therapy sessions typically lasting 45-60 minutes , allowing you to actually evaluate, treat, educate and progress your patients rather than moving from one abbreviated encounter to another. An Interdisciplinary Team Is Already Waiting for You You will work alongside established Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy teams throughout the region. You aren't being hired to walk into three buildings alone and figure everything out yourself. You'll have therapists around you, interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical leadership and organizational support as you establish and grow the Speech Therapy program.
