Attain Physical Therapy is expanding our Connecticut team and hiring two Full-Time Physical Therapists to support our growing Greater Danbury-area programs. This is a full-time, salaried position paying $85,000-$110,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications, with additional quarterly incentive opportunities . And our clinical model is different: No productivity quotas. No group treatments. No assembly-line therapy. Our therapists provide individualized 1:1 patient care , typically in 45-60 minute treatment sessions , with the autonomy, time and clinical support to provide the kind of therapy their patients actually need. A Regional Role Without Spending Your Day on the Road Our Greater Danbury team supports Maplewood at Danbury, Maplewood at Newtown and Maplewood at Stony Hill , with therapists working across closely located communities based on caseload and program needs. The communities are located approximately 15 minutes or less from one another , allowing our clinicians to work as part of a regional team without the extensive driving often associated with multi-site positions. You'll work alongside an established and growing interdisciplinary team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists. You won't be walking into a building alone and being told to figure it out. A Unique Opportunity in Memory Care Maplewood at Stony Hill is a dedicated memory care community , creating an opportunity to provide meaningful Physical Therapy and help develop programming specifically for individuals living with dementia and cognitive impairment. Mobility, balance, transfers, fall prevention and maintaining physical function can have an enormous impact on independence and quality of life for individuals living with dementia. We want our therapists involved not only in treating these residents, but in helping us determine what excellent rehabilitation programming should look like for this population. No Productivity Standards. We mean it. Attain does not manage our salaried therapists by traditional productivity percentages. Your job is to provide excellent therapy. That means having time to evaluate appropriately, provide meaningful treatment, communicate with families and caregivers, collaborate with your interdisciplinary team, complete strong clinical documentation and participate in program development. We don't believe excellent clinicians should spend their day chasing a productivity percentage. 45-60 Minute, Individual Treatment Sessions Our patients receive 1:1 care. No group treatments. Treatment sessions are typically 45-60 minutes , giving you the opportunity to address the actual complexity of the patient in front of you. Our clinicians treat a diverse geriatric population with needs including: Balance impairment and fall risk Gait and mobility dysfunction Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions Dementia and cognitive impairment Orthopedic conditions Weakness and deconditioning Transfer limitations Functional decline Aging-in-place needs Maintenance therapy needs Don't Just Carry a Caseload.
