About the Role We're looking for a positive, organized, and motivated therapist to step into our Clinical Coordinator role. You'll keep your caseload as a Staff Therapist while also leading day-to-day clinic operations. You'll be the link between the clinical team and leadership, keep the schedule running smoothly, and help build a team culture where therapists feel supported, motivated, and connected to our mission. What You'll Do Leadership & Communication Lead the team with positivity and enthusiasm, and model CPT's mission and procedures Meet weekly with leadership about office operations and share leadership goals with the team Work closely with the Front Desk Associate on intakes, evaluation scheduling, the master schedule, and sick-day coverage Track caseloads and incoming intakes to anticipate staffing needs, and keep Leadership team updated Bring team member and parent concerns to the Leadership team Meet 1:1 with team members as guided by the Leadership team, and give input for annual reviews Operations Oversee the master schedule, including the summer-to-fall transition Keep the schedule running efficiently, with the goal of filling every after-school appointment slot and holding a 90% weekly arrival rate Roll out office and organizational changes as directed by leadership, and reinforce policies and procedures What We're Looking For Active OT or SLP CT Licensure Minimum of 3 years pediatric therapy experience Leadership, supervisory, or coordinator experience preferred Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Maintains peak operational clarity and team focus when navigating overlapping critical deadlines Someone who can inspire and uplift the people around them Ready to lead a team that makes a difference for kids?
