We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment, providing speech and language therapy services to a diverse patient population. The Speech Language Pathologist will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication disorders.Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide therapy to patients in various settings such as schools, hospitals, clinics, and ICUs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with caregivers and healthcare professionals.
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with patients in settings such as schools, hospitals, clinics, or ICUs.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of critical care practices.
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for school-based practice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Job Types:

$54,036.00- $85,000.
