Job Description

Overview Seeking an enthusiastic speech language pathologist to treat toddlers and school-aged children in a family centered clinic and private school setting Practice widely known for providing comprehensive evaluations and specialized, cutting-edge therapy for children with speech and language disorders. Experience with autism, apraxia, auditory processing disorders, and learning disorders preferred. Collaborative, fun, flexible working environment with competitive pay. In this role, you will provide expert speech therapy services tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication challenges in pediatric patients. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans aligned with each patient's unique needs and goals. Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech therapy interventions to improve articulation, language comprehension, and social communication skills. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive support strategies for each patient. Monitor progress regularly, adjusting therapy techniques as needed to maximize outcomes. Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication development at home and in daily activities. Experience Prior experience working with children in educational or clinical settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, physiology, anatomy relevant to speech production, and medical terminology. Proven ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans. Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. Familiarity with multidisciplinary collaboration involving educators, therapists, and healthcare providers is advantageous. Must have
Masters Degree and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
