Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and oral motor disorders in pediatric patients. Your expertise will help children improve their speech, language, and social communication skills, empowering them to reach their full potential through engaging and effective therapy sessions. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and oral motor issues Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with each child's needs and goals Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support consistent progress Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies accordingly Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with regulatory standards Educate families on strategies to support communication development through home programs Skills Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques tailored for children with diverse needs Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to working with children and families Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educating families Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of children by providing high-quality speech therapy services that inspire confidence and foster growth!
