This full-time contract position offers dynamic opportunities for Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about school-based practice. The assignment begins ASAP and continues through June 11, 2027, making it ideal for professionals seeking a long-term role with a meaningful impact. Work onsite in a supportive environment, carrying an elementary caseload. Flexibility is necessary, as you may serve across two school sites to meet students' diverse needs. The schedule is 35 hours per week, ensuring you have ample time to build rapport and deliver focused interventions. Successful candidates will meet the following qualifications: Valid Connecticut SLP license (active status required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinically Fellow (CF) applicants must have supervision arranged, with limited district supervision available Prior experience in school-based settings Familiarity with elementary caseloads Ability to work onsite (telepractice is not an option) Willingness to complete district fingerprinting and background checks Openings are not available for SLPAs Your contributions will include: Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans Delivering evidence-based therapy and collaborating with teachers and families Supporting students with diverse speech and language needs Completing documentation and maintaining compliance with district and state requirements Participating in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teams A smooth onboarding process includes a convenient Zoom interview and guidance through licensure and compliance steps. Candidates who have upfront licensure and required clearances are preferred for efficiency.
