Key Qualifications:
Active Connecticut teaching license required Eligible SLP credential: CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted Experience in school settings, particularly with elementary ages, is highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to design and implement effective speech-language interventions in an educational environment
Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students with diverse needs Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to create supportive learning environments Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Adapt therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student, fostering confidence and skill development In addition to a rewarding professional opportunity, youll enjoy highly competitive compensation with weekly pay, plus access to a comprehensive benefits package.
