Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license (or eligibility for Connecticut) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience in school-based settings a plus Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Deliver direct speech and language therapy services Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
