Key Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP). Active state licensure as an SLP or the ability to obtain prior to start. Prior experience in a school setting preferred, working with K-12 students of varying abilities. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Passion for fostering student development and creating inclusive learning opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments for students across grade levels. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs. Provide therapeutic services individually or in small groups using evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress. Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and multidisciplinary team discussions. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to federal, state, and district guidelines.
