This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists seeking to support students from early childhood through high school for the 20262027 academic year. Caseloads are thoughtfully matched to your expertise and preference, including opportunities to work with moderate to profound needs. Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active or eligible SLP licensure for the state of Connecticut ASHA CCCs strongly preferred, but strong CF applicants are welcome Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school-based or clinical settings Background in working with early childhood and elementary/middle school students a plus Ability to develop and implement IEPs for diverse caseloads Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, fluency, or communication challenges Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support Deliver direct therapy in both individual and group settings tailored to each student's needs Document services and progress in compliance with school and district guidelines Monitor and adjust interventions based on ongoing assessment and student response Participate in IEP meetings and contribute creative ideas to the team Enjoy competitive weekly pay, comprehensive healthcare benefits, and the security of a 401(k) program with company matching.
