Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding position supporting elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist this school year. This contract opportunity begins ASAP and extends through the end of the academic year. You'll work on-site with a collaborative team, providing essential services to help young learners improve their communication skills and succeed in the classroom setting. Whether you're a seasoned clinician with your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), a Clinical Fellow (CFY), or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with school experience, your dedication can truly make an impact.
Qualifications:
Active 061 education certification required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders Eligibility for, or possession of, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Accepting new graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFY) Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric SLP settings Background in providing teletherapy is a bonus Ability to work collaboratively within a school community
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy to an elementary caseload, all within one site Conduct assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals Engage in direct therapy, progress monitoring, and documentation Consult with classroom teachers and families to support student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions Discover the satisfaction of making a positive difference for young learners, while working in an environment where professional development and clinical collaboration thrive.
