Job Description

ATS is a privately owned outpatient clinic specializing in pediatric therapies. We are hiring for part-time or full-time therapists. ATS is looking for a dynamic individual to serve language impaired children, 3-12 years old. Experience in pediatrics a must and working with children on the Autism Spectrum is preferred. Knowledge of oral-motor, Apraxia, fluency, and articulation techniques are desired. Experience in myofunctional and Prompt therapy techniques are preferred. Only qualified and seriously interested applicants should apply. In addition to working with clients in the clinic, outside contracts such as ABA centers and School settings are needed. A full-time position would consist of clinic based therapies and providing therapy at local ABA centers (Newington and West Hartford).
Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) DOH State of CT Licensure Clinical fellowship and at least 1 year of work as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients to evaluate speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs, including those with autism. Provide speech therapy sessions focusing on improving communication skills and overall patient care. Collaborate with families and educational staff to support early intervention strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay updated on advancements in communication sciences and disorders.
Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
