Blazer Jobs has an opening for a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite role is located in Wyoming, DE and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative school environment supporting students through direct therapy and evaluations.

Job Description:

The Speech Language Pathologist will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in a school-based setting. This includes therapy, evaluations, and IEP support. Caseload and grade levels are to be determined based on student needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech therapy services to students Conduct evaluations and assessments Develop and write IEPs Attend IEP and multidisciplinary meetings Collect and track progress monitoring data Maintain accurate therapy notes and documentation

Qualifications:

Active Delaware SLP license/certification required Must provide confirmation of active licensure upon submission SLPAs are not being considered for this role Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience:

Previous school-based experience preferred

Education:

Master's degree in
