The assignment spans from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with a flexible workweek of 35-40 hours, adapting to your schedule within the typical school hours for elementary through high school.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active or pending Delaware SLP or SLPA licensure required Masters degree (for SLP); Associates/Bachelors as applicable (for SLPA) Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare speech settings preferred Open to Clinical Fellows and recent graduatessupervision available SLPA encouraged to apply; mentorship offered Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus, but not mandatory Ability to work onsite and successfully pass background and drug screening

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations and deliver evidence-based interventions for students K-12 Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams and families Leverage your clinical skills to enhance student communication, academic, and social outcomes Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress Document relevant data and progress to meet compliance and student needs
