Job Description

Bring your passion for supporting young learners to a dynamic, on-site speech-language pathology role serving an elementary caseload. This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule through June 2027 and the chance to use your expertise in an engaging, collaborative educational environment. As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, youll work closely with educators and families to provide high-quality services that directly impact student success.
Key Qualifications:
Hold a valid, active Speech-Language Pathology license in Delaware (required) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Previous experience in a K-12 or school-based setting is desirable Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with children from diverse backgrounds Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities Reliable transportation to maintain consistent onsite presence
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group therapy to elementary-aged students according to IEPs Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments Develop measurable goals and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student achievement Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required documentation Attend IEP meetings, staff conferences, and training sessions as needed
