Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time, on-site speech-language pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school location in Magnolia, DE. This role focuses on delivering speech therapy services within a school setting, providing evaluations, and supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) throughout the 2026-2027 school year. The position requires an active Delaware licensure or certification specific to SLP and excludes consideration of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech therapy services to students Conduct speech and language evaluations Develop and write individualized IEPs Participate in team meetings and collaborative planning Collect and document progress monitoring data Maintain therapy documentation and notes Utilize specialized software such as
Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP Qualifications and Experience:
Active Delaware SLP licensure/certification (mandatory) Experience providing speech therapy services in a school environment Skilled in evaluation administration and IEP development Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours/week) Reliable transportation to on-site location Strong organizational and communication skills
