A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 26/27 school year, specializing in both telespeech and in-school services. This role is based in Odessa, DE, and offers a contract position with consistent weekly hours totaling 37.5 per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing speech and language impairments. Deliver therapy sessions both through telespeech platforms and in traditional school settings. Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support students' communication needs. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Valid Delaware license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience with telespeech services in an educational environment is highly valuable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff. Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs.
