Key Qualifications:

Active Delaware SLP License/Certification required (please provide documentation) Experience working in an elementary school setting strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to conduct speech-language therapy, comprehensive evaluations, and develop student IEP goals Skilled in tracking and documenting student progress, utilizing school-based data systems Strong teamwork skills—willing to collaborate closely with teachers, related service staff, families, and administrators Flexibility to adapt to caseload or assignment changes, if needed Able to reliably work onsite 8:45 AM - 4:15 PM EST, with no accommodations for late arrival or early departure

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students Complete thorough evaluations and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation Monitor and record progress towards IEP goals Collaborate actively with school staff and external providers to best meet student needs Foster open communication with families regarding student progress and strategies Participate in school initiatives or adapt support as district needs evolve
