r46871-32828 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract position supporting young learners as a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist in a specialized school setting focused on students with Autism and medically complex needs. This travel role is based near Detroit, Michigan and offers an engaging caseload spanning K-12th grade. As a valued professional in this environment, youll have the opportunity to address communication, language, and social skills for a unique group of studentsmaking a significant impact on their educational journeys. Familiarity with AAC devices is highly preferred given the specialized needs of the student population.

Qualifications:

Active SLP License in your home state required (Willing to be licensed in Michigan) CCC-SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or strong interest in working within school and pediatric settings Comfort supporting students with Autism and complex medical needs Knowledge or experience with AAC devices strongly preferred

Role Highlights:

Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday Varying caseloads Contract duration: ASAP through June 25, 2027 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff in a supportive, resource-rich setting Opportunity to build expertise in AAC and augmentative communication strategies
