Blazer Jobs is proudly partnering with one of Floridas largest school districts for the 20262027 school year, seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFY). With numerous onsite, hybrid, and travel positions available, you can find the flexibility and professional development youre looking forall while making a difference for students of diverse backgrounds. In this role, youll thrive in a collaborative, student-focused environment with SLP-CCC and SLP-CF opportunities. Supervision is already in place for Clinical Fellows. This is a contract, W2-based opportunity that includes a generous hourly wage (ranging from $55 to $60 per hour, based on experience) plus tax-free stipends for travel roles. Theres also a bonus of up to $5,000 for eligible hires.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments to determine students speech and language needs Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans Collaborating closely with educators, families, and other support professionals Providing direct therapeutic services to students, both individually and in groups Maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to team-based decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Eligible for, or already hold, Florida state licensure SLP-CCC and SLP-CF applicants encouraged (CF supervision available) Strong ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams Excellent organizational and communication skills Prior experience in school settings is a plus Enjoy a fulfilling career while experiencing the support, flexibility, and growth that you deserve.
