9592875-33825 Job Description Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting early learners in a vibrant school setting! This position focuses on providing speech-language services to pre-K students, where your specialized expertise will nurture essential communication skills during their crucial developmental years. Enjoy a balanced schedule with 25 hours per week over 3-4 days, beginning in August 2026 and continuing through May 2027.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; recent SLP graduates eligible for CFY are encouraged to apply State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience or interest in pediatric care within schools Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Passion for supporting diverse learning needs and culturally responsive practice
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for pre-K students with communication needs Provide direct and consultative therapy services within a classroom environment Track progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful input to students educational planning Offer resources and guidance to teachers and families to foster carryover of speech/language goals Step into a role where each day brings meaningful connections and the ability to help children thrive.
