Key Qualifications & Experience:

Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) Experience in educational or school-based settings (K-12 preferred) Skilled in both individual and small-group therapy, using inclusive practices Ability to supervise SLPA as part of a team approach Comfortable with electronic documentation and using Frontline or similar systems

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to a K-12 caseload, addressing a variety of needs Deliver 1:1 and small group sessions, supporting students diverse abilities and learning styles Collaborate with two other SLPs to manage a total caseload of 160 students Participate in developing and updating IEPs alongside educators and families Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) within your team Utilize Frontline for documentation and progress tracking Communicate progress and therapy goals with teachers, administration, and families
