Desired Skills & Background:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid SLP license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain) SLP-CCC and SLP-CF both welcomed and supported Experience or interest in K-12 populations Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments Willingness to embrace travel assignments is highly encouraged
Responsibilities Include:
Providing assessments, diagnosis, and individualized treatment to students with communication disorders Developing and monitoring IEPs and maintaining required documentation Collaborating with educators, families, and other related service providers to promote student development and achievement Participating in team meetings and professional learning opportunities Offering guidance and mentorship to students, families, and (as applicable) to fellow clinicians
