9521158-33445 Job Description Embark on a rewarding school-based contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) near Delray Beach, FL. This full-time position offers the chance to work on-site in educational settings across multiple campuses, making a meaningful difference in the lives of students throughout Palm Beach County. Supervision by experienced SLP-CCCs is provided, ensuring strong support as you complete your Clinical Fellowship Year and further develop your professional skills. You'll collaborate with other educators to address the speech and language needs of diverse student populations, with assignments tailored based on campus needs and your location preferences.

Qualifications:

Current provisional Speech-Language Pathologist license from the Florida Department of Health Strong passion for working with school-age children and adolescents Ability to communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary team Commitment to completing time-sensitive credentialing, including fingerprinting and obtaining a JLA badge (with support for prior fingerprints within the AHCA Clearinghouse) Available for full-time, on-site work (not open to virtual candidates) Open to an internal eligibility interview and quick onboarding

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy and evaluate students across assigned school sites (caseload and age groups vary by assignment) Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings Collaborate closely with supervising SLP-CCC and educational staff to ensure students progress Adhere to all district and state requirements for professional practice
