Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SLP to join our interdisciplinary team. As an SLP at The Terrace of Delray Beach, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Our state-of-the-art therapy gym and equipment will provide you with the resources you need to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills Provide speech and language therapy services to patients, including cognitive rehabilitation, swallowing therapy, and voice therapy Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Conduct evaluations and progress reports to document patient outcomes and treatment effectiveness Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress Stay current with industry developments and best practices in speech language pathology
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Minimum of 1 year of experience in speech language pathology, preferred Active state license in speech language pathology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team How to
