Qualifications/Preferred Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain) SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged School-based SLP experience preferred but not required Strong communication and documentation skills Adaptability to varying school cultures and caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students at various partnering charter and preparatory schools (hours per week vary by location) Conduct thorough assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions, and track student progress Collaborate with educational staff, administration, and families to support student success Maintain up-to-date records and participate in IEP meetings Travel between local school sites as scheduled
