Part-time / Contract (1099 or W-2 available) Speech Therapist (SLP)

• Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Pediatric Bilingual Speech Therapist (SLP)
• Home Visits SLP
• Pediatric Home Health (Flexible Schedule) Responsibilit Evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric and/or adult patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide in-home speech therapy services Document progress notes and treatment outcomes in a timely manner Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home programs Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain compliance with agency policies and Medicaid guidelines Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) preferred Experience in pediatric therapy strongly preferred Home health experience is a plus Experience working with Medicaid patients preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
