Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Dixie County, FL | Onsite | Part-Time Soliant is partnering with a school district in Dixie County, Florida to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year . This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP seeking a flexible, part-time schedule while making a lasting impact on students' communication and academic success. Position Details Part-time, onsite 2 to 2.5 days per week 2026-2027 school year Flexible school-based assignment

Pay:

$42 to $48 per hour Weekly pay Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct therapy services in accordance with student needs Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain
