$24.00- $26.

7:00 AM- 3:30 PM, Monday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for leading the shipping team, ensuring customer orders are loaded accurately and on time, maintaining inventory accuracy, and completing all shipping transactions in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Lead and direct the daily activities of the loading and shipping team Coordinate loading priorities based on production schedules and customer delivery requirements Ensure all shipments are accurate, complete, and meet customer specifications before departure Verify product identification, bundle tags, labels, and shipping documentation Complete and maintain accurate shipping transactions within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, and Scheduling to meet shipping commitments Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment safely Ensure trailers are loaded properly with correct weight distribution and securement Monitor finished goods inventory and investigate inventory discrepancies Train employees on shipping procedures, MES transactions, safety policies, and standardized work Enforce company safety policies, housekeeping standards, and 5S practices Conduct daily inspections of shipping equipment and loading areas Identify and implement process improvements that improve safety, quality, and efficiency Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and continuous improvement initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping experience Minimum of 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and useMES, ERP
systems, and Microsoft Office Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and production schedules Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities Commitment to workplace safety and quality standard Previous experience using a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Experience in metal manufacturing or the building products industry Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Continuous Improvement experience Familiarity with DOT loading and cargo securement requirementsAdditional Information Site Address:
