Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will evaluate, and provide service to individuals with communication needs in the educational setting. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life by implementing personalized therapy plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with patients and their families to foster effective communication skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through innovative therapy techniques in both clinical and telehealth settings. Duties Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric and adult patients, including early intervention evaluations. Develop and implement tailored speech-language therapy plans that address individual patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices. Provide direct therapy services through in-person sessions or telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility for all patients. Collaborate closely with physicians, educators, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care strategies. Educate and support parents and caregivers on speech development milestones, home exercises, and communication strategies. Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Proven experience working with children in pediatric settings, including early intervention programs and schools. Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques for individuals with speech impairments across various age groups. Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized therapy plans for diverse populations. Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and delivering remote services effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Knowledge of anatomy related to speech production, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology.
