Services is a growing pediatric therapy company dedicated to transforming lives through high-quality, compassionate care. We provide ABA therapy, speech therapy, and related services to children and families throughout Central Florida. We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Part-Time Supervising SLP/Clinical Lead . This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys a flexible schedule while providing clinical leadership, mentorship, and direct patient care. Position Overview The Supervising SLP will provide in-person clinical support, oversight, and mentorship within our speech therapy department. This role includes a combination of direct patient care, evaluations, documentation review, and clinical collaboration with our therapy team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in pediatric speech and language development, enjoys working with a multidisciplinary team, and is committed to supporting quality and ethical clinical practices. Responsibilities Provide in-person SLP supervision and clinical support within the clinic setting Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations Provide direct speech therapy services to pediatric clients Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation Support and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) Collaborate with the ABA team and other healthcare professionals Assist with maintaining high standards of clinical quality and compliance Participate in occasional clinical discussions and case consultations Qualifications Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology license (required) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Pediatric speech-language experience preferred Experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Position Details 1099 Independent Contractor position $58-$60/hour based on experience Approximately 1-2 clinic days per week Flexible scheduling options Opportunity for additional hours as caseload grows Supportive, collaborative clinical environment If you are an experienced SLP looking for a flexible opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact while supporting the growth of a pediatric therapy program, we would love to hear from you.
