We are seeking a part-time or PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide mobile FEES evaluations for adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and home health settings. Conduct personalized swallowing assessments and develop treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Educate patients and caregivers on safe swallowing strategies and diet modifications Maintain infection control standards by sanitizing FEES equipment Accurately document evaluations and progress using our EMR system Qualifications include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, FL licensure, ASHA CCC-SLP, and FEES training (preferred). At least 2 years of dysphagia experience in medical settings and reliable transportation are required. Preferred experience includes mobile diagnostics, home health, and familiarity with MBSS, VitalStim, or NMES.
