Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

$42.00 - $50.00 per hour

Full-Time Join Our Team at Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Island! We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech therapy services at our state-of-the-art facility in Merritt Island, Florida . Key Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough speech therapy evaluations based on MD orders Accurately document findings using the standardized evaluation format, ensuring compliance with all guidelines Develop and implement a detailed treatment plan that includes short and long-term goals, frequency, duration, and therapeutic interventions Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges Provide comprehensive patient treatment using a variety of therapeutic modalities, adjusting treatment as necessary and ensuring safety precautions are adhered to
Qualifications :
MA or M.S. in Communication Disorders from an accredited university Recognized by ASHA and the state board Current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable) Successful completion of CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) Why Work With Us?
