Key Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience working with pediatric populations, early childhood, and/or elementary or K12 students preferred Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct comprehensive assessments and reevaluations as required Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to enhance student progress Maintain accurate records and ongoing documentation compliant with district and state requirements Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives
