Job Description

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Four-Day Work Week | Therapist-Owned | New Port Richey, FL There are plenty of pediatric therapy jobs. This one is different. We're not trying to become the biggest therapy company in Florida. We're building the kind of clinic where exceptional therapists choose to stay. Bayside Therapy Specialists is a speech therapist-owned pediatric private practice that believes great therapy begins with taking care of the people providing it. Since becoming fully therapist-owned in 2026, we've intentionally created a workplace where therapists have a voice, continue to grow clinically, and genuinely enjoy coming to work. If you've ever felt like a productivity number instead of a professional, keep reading. What Makes Bayside Different? We believe children deserve therapists who are energized, supported, and inspired. That philosophy influences everything we do. Our clinic is intentionally small. We know one another. We celebrate birthdays and milestones. We ask for your ideas. We support continuing education. We collaborate instead of competing. We've also created a space that reflects how we want people to feel. Our clinic includes a relaxation room where therapists can recharge during the day. We have a treadmill workstation for anyone who enjoys walking while completing documentation. We also share our space with a sound healing and wellness practitioner who offers optional services for staff at a discounted rate. While completely optional, it's one example of how we value whole-person wellness and creating a peaceful environment for both our team and our families. We Believe Great Therapists Never Stop Learning Our clinicians are encouraged to develop specialties, pursue certifications, and build programs they're passionate about.
