A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

We currently need:
SLP:
Speech/Language and Feeding Therapy caseload in our new therapy office located in North Lauderdale (approx. 15-20+ hours per week).SLP/SLPA
Speech/Language Therapy for a new private school contract in Plantation (approx. 10-15 hours per week to start,- includes daytime/afternoon hours).
- This 1099 position pays based on experience:
SLPs:
$55- 60 per hour for Medicaid cases and $70 per hour for private pay cases
SLPAs:
$38- 42 per hour for Medicaid cases and $50 per hour for private pay cases In addition, we offer incentives including: travel stipends, an after-hours bonus, and paid documentation time (based on productivity).
