  • $70 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Bilingual Working with pediatric populations Master's degree Bachelor's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Pediatrics Speech-Language Pathology Assistants Certification (C-SLPA) Full Job Description We are currently hiring for 2 contractor/per-diem position for pediatric speech and feeding therapists to cover caseloads in the Tamarac and North Lauderdale areas for a growing, therapist-owned company in Broward County!
We currently need:
  • SLP:
    Speech/Language and Feeding Therapy caseload in our new therapy office located in North Lauderdale (approx. 15-20+ hours per week).
  • SLP/SLPA
    Speech/Language Therapy for a new private school contract in Plantation (approx. 10-15 hours per week to start,
  • includes daytime/afternoon hours).
  • This 1099 position pays based on experience:
SLPs:
$55
  • 60 per hour for Medicaid cases and $70 per hour for private pay cases
SLPAs:
$38
  • 42 per hour for Medicaid cases and $50 per hour for private pay cases In addition, we offer incentives including: travel stipends, an after-hours bonus, and paid documentation time (based on productivity).
We partner with local schools, foster care, and ABA centers in the Central Broward area. Most sessions will be conducted at 2-3 center or school-based locations approximately 15 mins away from each other. We also have the potential to add additional school-based and/or home-based cases with minimal travel in between locations if interested in more hours. We also offer competitive pay, referral bonuses, convenient electronic documentation with ClinicSource, and flexible scheduling!! Come join our boutique practice and provide quality and specialized care to children 0-21 with mild to moderate motor delays, sensory processing issues, communication issues, social interaction deficits, and self-regulation difficulties. Prior pediatric experience is required and being bilingual is a plus! We are looking for qualified, motivated, and ambitious therapists! Master's Degree, State licensure, FDLE Level-II Background Screening, and National Board Certification required. Hourly rate is based on experience, level of competency, and insurance reimbursement.
