Pay:
$55.00 - $110.00 per hour Job description: About Us Ponte Vedra Speech, Language, and Learning is a pediatric therapy clinic located in the Town Center of Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, Florida. We provide speech and occupational therapy services to children of all ages and pride ourselves on our collaborative, supportive, and family-centered approach to care. We are a small team that values professional growth, teamwork, and providing exceptional support to both our patients and one another. Position We are seeking a caring and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team on a full-time or part-time basis. Our therapists enjoy working from one beautiful, modern office location while providing comprehensive care to children and families, including evaluations, treatment, parent education, and collaboration with other professionals. We welcome applicants who currently work in schools, early intervention, hospitals, or other settings and are looking for regular additional hours, as well as those seeking a long-term part-time or full-time position. Schedule afternoon and evening hours preferred Schedule can be tailored based on therapist availability and patient needs Responsibilities Provide speech and language evaluations and treatment to pediatric clients. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals. Complete evaluation reports, daily documentation, progress reports, and treatment plans in a timely manner. Collaborate with families, occupational therapists, physicians, and other professionals involved in patient care. Provide parent education and home programming to support carryover of skills. Participate in team collaboration and contribute to our supportive clinic culture. Qualifications Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology. Florida Speech-Language Pathology license required. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Clinical Fellowship applicants are also encouraged to apply. Experience working with children preferred. Ability to administer assessments and write evaluation reports. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families. Compensation Compensation ranges from $55-$110 per hour depending on experience, responsibilities, and services provided.
