Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an
SLP ASHA
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Previous experience in school settings is a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools and observations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students unique needs Provide direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, to support language, articulation, fluency, and social communication Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to develop strategies that facilitate classroom success Complete required documentation and contribute to IEP meetings Track progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
