Job Description

Key Pediatric Therapy is growing! I'm looking for a passionate SLP to join my small, rapidly growing pediatric private practice. This is an in person 1099 Contractor position. We are well known and highly sought after in our community, with a growing waitlist and families actively seeking our services. The best part? You have complete autonomy over your schedule and caseload. See as many or as few clients as you want, with the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you. I already have a full caseload of families ready to be seen, so you can hit the ground running without the pressure of having to build your own caseload.
What We Offer:
30 hours/week ready to go if you want it! Flexible scheduling Paid drive time and paid documentation time Pediatric caseload in homes, schools, and community settings CFs welcome to apply Extensive training and mentorship to learn our model and provide high-quality, expert care Small practice with excellent communication, collaboration, and support Positive team culture Opportunity for continued growth as the practice expands How It Works- We have two private school locations available , giving you the opportunity to see multiple children back to back in one location without spending your day driving between homes. This allows you to maximize your therapy hours while still leaving plenty of time in the afternoon for documentation, planning, or simply having time back in your day. The goal is to create a schedule that works for your life, your energy, and the way you want to practice. You Choose Your Caseload- As new families reach out, you'll have the opportunity to review each potential client before they are placed on your schedule . You can decide whether the child is a good fit based on your clinical interests, experience, availability, and current caseload. You are never expected to take every referral that comes through the door. You have a say in the clients you work with and the schedule you build. Grow at Your Own Pace- The demand is there if you want to grow quickly, but there is no pressure to fill every available hour. Whether you want to jump into a full schedule or start slowly and build over time, you are in control of your caseload and your hours. Who We're Looking For Someone who: Has a genuine passion for speech therapy and working with children Is positive, reliable, and eager to learn Has experience evaluating and treating speech and language disorders Must hold an active Florida SLP license and be ready to work. CFs are welcome to apply. If you're looking for a pediatric SLP position where you'll be supported, valued, and given the flexibility to make the role your own , I'd love to hear from you! The hours and caseload are there if you're ready to jump in, but if you'd prefer to start slowly and build your schedule over time, that's completely okay too. You set the pace, and we'll support you along the way. Interested? Send me your resume by email! ciara@keypediatrictherapy.com
