Primary Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each child's needs Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student progress Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language challenges Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation Support students both individually and in small groups as needed Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff collaboration sessions
