9644868-30606 Job Description A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work onsite with elementary students. This role provides the chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of young learners, helping them develop critical communication skills within an educational setting. Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license in Georgia Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required Previous pediatric or school-based experience is strongly preferred Ability to manage a full elementary caseload, with flexibility for program adjustments Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff High level of professionalism, organization, and reliability for documentation and compliance
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students, targeting individualized education plan (IEP) goals Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student achievement Adapt interventions and strategies to meet diverse student needs within the school environment Maintain compliance with district and state requirements This contract position features a set 37.5-hour week schedule onsite, extending through the end of the academic year.
