e2036-31008 Job Description Step into a dynamic educational setting for the 20262027 school year, providing dedicated speech-language pathology services to children from kindergarten through twelfth grade. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to work with a diverse student population, offering invaluable support to help students achieve their communication and academic goals. Caseloads are thoughtfully assigned based on your experience and area of interest, ranging from moderate to profound needs, ensuring you have the best possible fit for your skills and passion. Flexibility is available for both local professionals and those open to travel.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid SLP license, or eligibility for licensure, in the state Expertise in working with pediatric populations, especially in early childhood and elementary settings Clinical experience with both moderate and significant needs cases Strong understanding of IEP development, documentation, and progress tracking Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy for K12 students Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to address students various needs Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and other service providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and continuous professional development as needed This position offers the valuable chance to make a lasting impact while enjoying weekly pay with competitive hourly rates between $40 and $60, comprehensive healthcare coverage, plus access to a robust 401(k) plan with company matching.
