Key Qualifications:
Current license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP roles Compassionate care for medically fragile students, with prior home-based session experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver two 45-minute speech therapy sessions per week in the student's home Create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of a medically fragile student Collaborate with caregivers and educational team members to support student progress Maintain thorough and timely records in accordance with state and school guidelines
