Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a positive impact working with students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist in an elementary school environment. This contract position offers a singular focus on creating supportive, growth-centered speech services for young learners and is ideal for professionals who excel in a school setting. The assignment runs through May 2027 with a consistent weekly schedule.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow accepted Active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (eventually both required, but either accepted for now) Open to Speech-Language Assistants with GaPSC certification Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students within a school environment Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for effective communication with students, teachers, and families Onsite services required; virtual or hybrid options are not available

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students in accordance with their IEPs Assess, diagnose, and support students with speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and the student support team to track progress and set intervention goals Maintain detailed and timely documentation as required by school and district guidelines Participate in team meetings regarding student progress and interventions
