Job Description

Make a meaningful impact by supporting students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a welcoming educational environment. This contract role empowers you to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to help students reach their communication goals and thrive academically and socially.
Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility in Georgia Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Recent experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations Strong clinical skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders Excellent communication and organizational abilities Compassion, patience, and adaptability in a diverse school setting
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs), and deliver speech and language therapy to students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain detailed and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions Adapt therapy sessions to address a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and student support discussions Provide guidance and training to staff and families on communication strategies Stay informed about current best practices and continuing education in your field Enjoy a rewarding, collaborative contract position that enables you to positively shape students' futures every day.
