Job Description

Make an impact supporting elementary students in a vibrant educational community. This school-based contract opportunity offers a chance to leverage your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a collaborative, onsite environment. Step into a role where your knowledge will empower young learners and strengthen their communication skills.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (either required to start; both will ultimately be necessary) Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLP-CCC professionals Consideration given to Speech Language Assistants (SLAs) with GAPSC certification Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills Passion for working with elementary-aged children in an onsite setting
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students on campus Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Conduct assessments to determine student needs and progress Maintain timely, accurate documentation and comply with all relevant guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall positive school culture Enjoy a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week) with the opportunity to make a genuine difference throughout the academic year.
