Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity utilizing your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to make a meaningful difference for elementary students. This full-time position, based onsite, is perfect for those passionate about fostering communication skills in a supportive school environment.

Key Qualifications:

Active Georgia SLP License or Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Certification required (both will be needed eventually, but either one is acceptable to start) Open to Speech-Language Assistants (SLAs) certified through GaPSC

credentials welcome Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills essential Commitment to supporting diverse learners in elementary grades

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and write evaluation reports Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs Work closely with teachers, parents, and educational teams to ensure student progress Provide direct therapy services onsite (not remote or hybrid) Maintain accurate records, document interventions, and track student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development Foster a positive and inclusive school atmosphere
