Job Description

Make a lasting impact in elementary education by supporting young learners as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a thriving school environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to work full-time onsite with a dynamic team of professionals, helping students maximize their communication potential and achieve their academic goals.
Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience working within school settings, particularly at the elementary level Thorough understanding of best practices in assessment, intervention, and documentation for school-based speech therapy Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to a full elementary school caseload Conduct assessments, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and monitor progress Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Document all services, interventions, and communication in accordance with established guidelines Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations for school-based SLPs This contract role is onsite, full-time (37.5 hours per week), and begins as soon as possible, continuing through late May 2027.
